Her first one was a hashtag project, where she found popular hashtags & times of day for a posting to maximize reach and engagement for our channels. She was also a huge help in assisting with holiday send-outs to influencers, and identifying key opportunities for us to garner earned media. Finally, she created some of our top TikTok content to promote our Beyond Meat Snoop Dogg Sandwich Hack.

 

Her research and analysis skills became apparent when she completed a competitive audit on how brands message their loyalty programs across social, helping us revamp our approach and benchmark ourselves within the landscape.

 

These were all in conjunction with day to day community management, responding to our fans, using our social media enterprise tool, Sprinklr.
